Harrah's casino in biloxi

My room was at the end of the hall, but it was still very noisy as sound from the hallway carried unabated into the room. I found several large black hairs in the bathroom (I'm strawberry blonde), the sheets were badly wrinkled and smelled a bit off (which make me think they weren't changed from the previous guest), and there were piles of sand on the floor in the closet. The main dining attractions in Biloxi are a 2 mile walk or a 45 minute bus ride away. There are a few dining options at neighbouring casinos, but even they are a bit of a hike away. There are limited options onsite, so after a day or so I wanted to explore.

I get charging for water, but when the water is off due to unforeseen circumstances? It felt a bit opportunistic. They gave me two tiny bottles of water and wanted to charge $1.25 for each extra 250ml sized bottle of water. On the day I arrived the water was off due to a broken water main. My experience was a bit of a mixed bag at this hotel, so here it goes.
